A Specialized Approach to Care

Vitacore Health Ltd is not a traditional care home. While many facilities focus on elderly or dementia care, we have built a specialized environment specifically for mental health stabilization and substance use recovery.

Our boutique facility spans 5,000 square feet and is intentionally limited to just 10 residents. This small-scale setting allows us to maintain a high staff-to-resident ratio and ensures that no one is just a number; every resident receives the focused attention they deserve.

Leadership & Expertise

Vitacore is a family-managed facility, led by a dedicated husband-and-wife team. With a trained nurse at the helm of our management, we ensure that clinical excellence is woven into the fabric of our daily operations.

Our team includes:

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurses who bring specialized expertise to mental health management.

• Dedicated Support Staff providing 24/7 supervision and assistance.

• Continuous Professional Development: All staff undergo annual training upgrades to stay at the forefront of care standards and safety protocols.
